Once you place an order, we schedule a convenient time to pick up your unwrapped items from your doorstep. After our professional team wraps them to perfection, we deliver the beautifully wrapped gifts back to you within 3-5 calendar days.

How to prepare for order pickup

Place all item(s) in a Shopping Bag or "Amazon" type box, for easy pick-up. Include a list of item(s) submitted to be wrapped & any special request(s).

What is the difference between Classic and Luxury Wrapping?

Classic Wrapping includes high-quality wrapping paper and precise wrapping techniques, ensuring a neat and elegant finish. Luxury Wrapping adds premium decorative elements like ribbons, bows, and embellishments for an upscale, glamorous look.

Can I request customizations, like specific paper or themes?

Absolutely! During the ordering process, you can include special notes specifying preferences, such as Hanukkah-themed paper or any other details to make your gifts truly unique.

Are there additional fees for delivery or special requests?

Yes, there is a standard $3.99 service fee and a $9.99 delivery fee for all orders. If the pickup and drop-off locations differ, an additional $4.99 fee applies. Custom requests, such as specific wrapping themes, are accommodated at no extra charge unless special materials are required. +$2 per gift charge for "RUSHED ITEMS" (Requiring a 24hr turnaround).
